let's get physical

Key Wellbeing Partner, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Leader and Health Coach Ildikó Lőrincz from Hungary shares some of her top HIIT workouts for beginners.

HIIT training is easy to do at home, with no equipment and offers a full body workout in as little as 20 minutes! Ildiko has been travelling the world with her HIIT workouts, proving that it really is possible anywhere!

Complete the warm up video first and get that heart rate up! We recommend stopping if you feel a pain anywhere in your body, drinking plenty of water and stretching afterwards. Full notice here*

You will need a timer / stop watch / phone timer. Ildikó recommends this Tabata Timer from the app store for your smart phone.
